Celebrating the 67th Anniversary and Grand Reunion of Regina Pacis School Jakarta
Regina Pacis Jakarta celebrated its 67th Anniversary on 22 August 2025 with a joyful and
meaningful celebration. The highlight of the anniversary was the performance of the Kembang
Jatuh Dance, a traditional Betawi (Jakarta) dance, involving more than one thousand participants
from across the school community, including students from kindergarten to senior high school,
teachers, staff, parents, the FMM Sisters, and alumni.
The anniversary celebration was part of a broader series of events leading to the 60th Grand
Reunion, held on Saturday, 27 September 2025, at the school. The reunion carried the theme “Ad
Veritatem Per Caritatem” (Toward the Truth Through Love) and brought together alumni from all
levels (Kindergarten to Senior High School).

Prior to the main reunion event, a Family Fun Walk was organized, uniting students, teachers,
staff, alumni, and the FMM Sisters in a spirit of fellowship. The reunion celebration was enriched
by artistic performances from students and alumni, including dance, singing, and music. A special
moment was also dedicated to the presentation of tokens of appreciation to retired teachers and
staff, as well as to those who continue to serve at Regina Pacis Jakarta.
Through these celebrations, the Regina Pacis Jakarta community reaffirmed its bonds of unity,
gratitude, and love, continuing its educational mission rooted in truth and compassion.
A Visit of Catechumens to the Our Lady of Victorious Community, Jakarta
On October 26, 2025 The Our Lady of Victorious Community Jakarta joyfully welcomed
a group of 50 catechumens from Blok Q Parish, Jakarta. They were accompanied by their
catechists who faithfully guide them in their journey of faith. This visit was part of their
formation, giving them an opportunity to learn more closely about religious life as priests,
brothers, and sisters.
During the visit, the Franciscan
Missionaries of Mary (FMM) sisters
shared their personal experiences of
vocation and community life. The
catechumens listened attentively and
showed great curiosity, asking many
questions about daily life, commitments,
and the meaning of living as a religious
sister—an entirely new and inspiring
reality for many of them.
