The peak celebration on 29 November 2025 started in the morning with a Thanksgiving
Mass, followed by a traditional tumpeng ceremony and the symbolic release of doves,
expressing gratitude and hope for peace and unity. The official opening ceremony was
attended by distinguished guests, including the Chairperson of the Foundation, the Mayor of
Bogor, Mr. Dedie A. Rachim, and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr.
Budi Gunadi Sadikin.
Throughout the day, the school campus transformed into a lively center of celebration
featuring a culinary and creative product bazaar, vibrant traditional performances such as
Rampak Gendang, and modern entertainment with a live DJ. Alumni from the 1960s to the
Class of 2025 shared stories, laughter, and memories, strengthening the strong bonds formed
during their school years.
This Platinum Reunion was more than a celebration of 70 years—it was a meaningful
moment of “returning to school and coming home,” reaffirming shared values, lifelong
friendships, and one enduring love for Regina Pacis. II Immaculate Conception Bogor r r

Celebrating Christmas with Joy, Service, and Communion
Every year, we celebrate Christmas with deep joy and gratitude, commemorating the birth
of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace. This sacred celebration becomes a meaningful moment of
faith, fellowship, and service for all our communities.
In Flores, Jambi, Baubau, and Serang, our sisters celebrate Christmas together with the
parish communities. They actively participate in the preparations for the celebration by helping
with flower arrangements and decorations, supporting the liturgy, and assisting in various other
pastoral services. Through this shared involvement, a strong spirit of cooperation and unity with
the parish faithful is nurtured and strengthened.
Meanwhile, the communities in Jakarta and Bogor have the privilege of hosting the
Christmas Eucharistic celebrations. In Bogor, the Eucharist is celebrated in the school hall, while
in Jakarta it takes place in the chapel. Many members of the faithful come to our communities to
participate in the Christmas Mass, creating a joyful and prayerful atmosphere. To ensure that the
celebration runs smoothly and reverently, the sisters carefully prepare the liturgical items and
arrange the worship spaces with great dedication.
In Jakarta, on Christmas Eve, several members of the faithful generously contribute food
and cakes, which are shared together after the Eucharistic celebration. This simple yet
meaningful gathering becomes a moment of joy, sharing, and fraternity, reflecting the true spirit
of Christmas. On Christmas Day, we held an open house, and many family members,
acquaintances, and neighbors came to greet us, including the heads of the neighborhood
association, the village chief, and leaders of other community organizations.
