Toward the end of the visitation, a joint meeting was held with community animators and
Sisters from Jakarta, Bogor, and Serang, strengthening unity and shared responsibility.
Before returning to Hong Kong, Sr. Judith presided over the Perpetual Profession of Vows
of Sr. Vina Septiani and Sr. Maria Aprila Sri Rejeki. The Eucharistic celebration was held at the
Immaculate Conception Community in Bogor and became the concluding grace-filled moment
of the visitation. This celebration beautifully expressed the FMM spirit of total self-giving,
inspired by the words of Mary: “Here I am, the servant of the Lord; let it be done to me
according to your word.” (Luke 1:38)
This canonical visitation strengthened communion, renewed missionary spirit, and
reaffirmed the shared journey of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary in the Indonesia Sector
within the Trinity Region.

Blessing of the FMM Convent in Bajawa, Flores

With deep gratitude to God, the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary (FMM) joyfully celebrated
the blessing of the FMM convent in Bajawa, Flores, during the Holy Eucharist presided over by
His Excellency Mgr. Paulus Budi Kleden, SVD, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Ende. The
celebration was marked by a spirit of reverence, thanksgiving, and joyful simplicity.
This significant moment coincided with the Canonical Visit of Sr. Judith Yuen, FMM,
Superior of the Trinity Region, accompanied by Sr. Vera V. Sihombing, FMM, a member of the
Trinity Regional Council for the Indonesia Sector. Their presence reflected the spirit of
communion and shared responsibility within the Congregation, strengthening the sisters in their
vocation and mission.
The Eucharistic celebration and the blessing of the convent were attended by FMM Sisters
from the four communities in Flores, together with priests, religious men and women, invited
